My new book ONE THOUSAND DAYS has been released November, 2024. It can be purchased in paperback and hardcover from Amazon and will soon be available as an ebook.
"Lloyds' boots crunched the gravel. He was alive but still in shock, his mind refusing to focus on anything but his steps forward and his trembling breath."
After a whirlwind romance with Olivene and without a chance to say goodbye, Lloyd is quickly deployed to England in December 1940. His tour of duty in England lasts until August 19, 1942 when Lloyd and his fellow Camerons find themselves swept into a devastating and bloody battle on the beaches of Dieppe in northern France. We follow his footsteps, first as a soldier stationed in England, then through his struggles in the prison camps and his attempts at freedom. It's a story of violent clashes and love. Its hard and soft edges against a background of stirring tension bring the reader through the turbulent years of World War 2.

August, 2019, my short story, "December, 1940" was published in the 2nd issue of Hastings magazine.
During the winter of 2021 I completed the grad studies with Aislinn Hunter and a great workshop group at SFU.
This past year I completed "The Writer's Studio" program at Simon Fraser University. I have a short story included in the anthology and was very pleased to have my work chosen for the cover of this year's publication "Emerge" The work is a charcoal drawing of feathers. The theme this year was "evidence of something not seen." What a wonderful experience it was to be in the class. I truly miss it. The book is available on Amazon.https://youtu.be/fITZhAigsqU?list=PL74V0-BZuSzt2saSJtDWH64QQSEOSDDPa
